I've been watching pro wrestling as long as I can remember, and probably will as long as it's still on tv. While yes, it is scripted and everyone but the fans know how the results will happen before the matches start, it's still exciting most times to watch the stories progress.
The only thing I have a problem with is the WWE's insistance on bringing in people who were stars back 20 years ago who aren't able to put on a good show for television. Hulk Hogan (sorry, I had to use those colors ;) for one, is so crippled he's relegated to 3 moves... (1) the finger point ... (2) the 'big' leg (which might get to belly button height now) ... and (3) the leg drop, which with his artificial hip, he's lucky it hasn't broken his old ass.
WWE bringing back the Degeneration-X deal from the 90's is one of those things that can go either way... Vince vs "good guys" is great television, but some of the pranks got old back in the 90's. Rumors on the net about D-X versus the old NWO would be interesting, but Kevin Nash is in about as good (or bad?) shape as Hogan.
Time for Raw to start, and they're in Madison Square Garden, so flipping back and forth from RAW and the Vikings game tonight.
