Iron Chef DVD's Petition

There's an ongoing 'petition' online for IRON CHEF DVD's to be made.. via Petitionspot.com

Since Food Network's not showing many if any of the old episodes they possess at this time, it would be nice to be able to buy 'season' dvd's of the show to have forever. If they were still showing the original Japanese made episodes I'd record them on my computer and burn them myself but they're not showing those so I can't exactly record them. If only I'd had this new computer with Vista Media Center and tv tuner card to record them before.
