Clickable ads, Election time

While you're on here reading some of this stuff, which really is mostly random, click a google ad or two (after each of the first 3 posts on each page.) There some nice companies that advertise via google and help keep blogs like this one and others running. Google gives a (very) small amount of money to someone who earns clicks. While I dont' do this to earn money, god knows it's not a large amount anyway.. $3.00 in the 2+ months I've been blogging.. it's good way to know people are actually reading if they happen to click on the ads once in a while.

It's almost election time.. only 2 weeks from tomorrow we'll be voting up here for Governor, City Councilor, Carlton County Sherriff, State Attorney General and more.

I for one, know that I'm voting for Mike Hatch for Governor, Lori Swanson for Attorney General (she was Hatch's assistant A.G.), and Wally Dupuis(pronounced DuPwee) for Carlton County Sherriff to name a few. While one blog entry doesnt' make for someone winning elections, I just wanted to remind someone who reads that it's almost 'mid-term' election time, and to go vote on election day, no matter the party or candidates you're choosing.
